This training prepares you to obtain the Business Unit Manager certification at level 7. At the end of the training, you will be able to:
- Design the overall strategy of your Business Unit based on strategic and operational diagnostics.
- Plan, optimize, manage the budget, and coordinate the financial aspects of a service and/or department.
- Promote a product and/or service to internal and/or external clients in France and internationally.
- Support the development of individuals, teams, and the organization through a proximity management approach.
- Manage a client-oriented transformation and/or innovation project.
How to join the program ?
In initial training (classic or apprenticeship):
- Hold a title or diploma at level 6 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) or have completed and validated a third year of higher education (180 ECTS) in the fields of management sciences, marketing, and commerce. For example: Bachelor's degree in Marketing; Professional Bachelor's degree in Operational Marketing; Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Sales, and Marketing; Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales; Bachelor's degree from a business school.
Professional licenses in luxury are obviously relevant to enter the master's program: Professional Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Luxury, and High-end; Luxury Marketing; Marketing of luxury products.
In initial training (classic or apprenticeship):
- Have completed and validated a fourth year of higher education (240 ECTS) in management sciences, marketing, or commerce: business school, specialized or not in luxury; master's degree in management, economics, or AES (Economics and Social Administration); master's degree in marketing, commerce, or communication.
In professional training: If you wish to specialize in luxury, regardless of your sector of activity, or if you are already involved in luxury (architects, designers, stylists), you must, to join the program:
- Hold a title or diploma at level 6/Bachelor and justify 5 years of professional experience in marketing, commerce, or management. Or hold a high school diploma and justify 7 years of professional experience in these fields. A good command of English is an essential prerequisite for integration into the program.

- You will receive the international application file that you will need to complete and return with all the requested documents.
- If you are admissible, you will receive a proposal for a remote interview within a week. This interview will focus on your academic background, your professional project, and your knowledge of the chosen program.
- 48 hours after your interview, you will receive the results. If you are admitted, you can enroll at ESG Luxe for the next academic term.
- To finalize your enrollment, a deposit on tuition fees will be required. You will then receive a registration certificate that will allow you to complete all necessary pre-consular procedures.
